Žilvinas is responsible for the operational management of the clinics, organic growth, supply chain assurance, building maintenance and improvement, budget management, as well as the testing and organisation of the clinics.
Žilvinas has a medical degree in dermatology and a Master's degree in medicine from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. He also holds a Master's degree in Management from ISM University of Management and Economics.
Žilvinas has twenty years of experience in marketing, sales and product management in the health and pharmaceutical industry, having worked for companies such as KRKA, 3M Lietuva, Roche Lietuva.
Most recently, Žilvinas has worked for Roche Lietuva UAB with high profile clients.
