Vilma joined Diaverum Lithuania as Human Resource and Communications Manager in August, 2019.
Together with the management of Diaverum Lithuania, Vilma is responsible for the strategic orientation of 14 clinics in the country. Vilma ensures smooth running of all HR processes of Employee experience cycle while and beyond employed in Diaverum Lithuania. Vilma is also handles internal and external communication matters.
Besides constant development in related classes and trainings, Organisational Psychology studies, Vilma also holds Bachelor degree in English Philology from Vilnius University.
Her main knowledge in the field of practice comes from various HR and administrative positions in Sorainen, Deloitte, Danske bank, Schneider Electric, Nestle and McDonald’s.
Vilma is currently on maternity leave.
