By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification these Terms of Use and acknowledge that these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Diaverum AB, reg. no. 559140-5344 and any of its subsidiaries (“Diaverum”), regarding your use of the Site, and supersedes any prior agreements in relation to your use of the Site. You represent that you have not accepted the Terms of Use in reliance on any oral or written representations made by Diaverum that are not contained herein.

Waiver and Severability
